WHAT DO YOUR STORAGE UNITS COST?
The cost of your storage unit will depend on the amount of space that you need, and the sizes we have available. We believe you should only pay for what you actually need. You can view our different units HERE.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM STORAGE PERIOD?
The minimum storage period is one month.
HOW MUCH NOTICE DO I NEED TO GIVE TO VACATE MY UNIT?
Our storage contract is monthly and you will automatically be billed for the next month when your rent expires. When you wish to end your agreement, let us know at least fourteen (14) days prior to your next billing date.
HOW OFTEN CAN I ACCESS MY STORAGE UNIT?
You can access your unit as often as you like within the advertised hours of 7am - 7pm,
7 days per week, 365 days per year.
WHAT SIZE STORAGE UNITS DO YOU HAVE?
We have over 20 different sized units ranging from 1 x 1 metre lockers up to 8 x 3 metre units with roller doors. We can also store your vehicle or your entire home. WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
The first month's fee is usually paid via credit, debit or EFTPOS card at our facility. AutoPay or a Direct debit from your bank are our preferred methods of payment, but we accept credit, debit or EFTPOS card payments.
CAN I STORE MY VEHICLE, TRAILER OR BOAT IN YOUR FACILITY?
Yes! Our outdoor storage spaces have 24/7 exterior CCTV monitoring and are large enough to store cars, caravans, boats, buses and trailers.
ARE MY BELONGINGS INSURED?
Pukekohe Storage is dedicated to keeping our rates as low as possible. While we do not offer insurance ourselves, our facility is approved for your own current Home and Contents policy.
WHAT CAN'T I STORE
Combustible, perishable and harmful items must not be stored (petrol, paint and paint thinner, gasoline, solvents, living things, plants or food that spoils) in any of the units. Lawn mowers, weed eaters and other petrol or gas powered equipment must be emptied of fuel before storing. Barbecues must be clean and gas bottles empty before storing.
WHO ELSE HAS ACCESS TO MY UNIT?
No one, including Pukekohe Storage, is allowed access to your storage unit. You have the only keys to your lock.
DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENTS FROM WORK AND INCOME (WINZ)?
We are a registered supplier with Work and Income New Zealand. Please contact us if you need a quote.
